• 3. Single Line Budgetary Phase

  

  We would be providing a Single Line Budget, post-approval which an advance token amount of 10% of the total budget would be paid to close the deal.
• 4. Concept Development

  

  Based on the data accumulated amid the discussion, our creators create a concept that adjusts to your vision. This includes basic design concept with layout plans and reference images for every space highlighting the design elements and the look and feel. We present these ideas to you, ensuring that you are involved in every step of the decision-making process.
• 5. Detailed Budgetary Phase

  

  A BOQ will be provided post-approval of the layout plan and finishing of material. This will give you a clear idea of the material specifications, make and brand and costing of each item. We will guarantee that this aligns with your budget.
• 6. Detailed Design and Planning

  

  Once the concept is finalized, we move on to the point-by-point plan and arranging stage. This includes making point-by-point floor plans, 3D renderings, and selecting materials and finalising each space. We also coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that our clients get what they want.
• 7. Execution and Installation

  

  During the execution phase, our team oversees the entire project, ensuring that every detail is carried out according to plan. From coordinating deliveries to supervising installations, we handle all the logistics to ensure a smooth and hassle-free execution experience for you. Our objective is to hand over a space that surpasses your expectations.
• 8. Final Reveal

  

  The last uncover is the most energizing portion of the handle. We invite you to see your newly designed space for the first time, and we take pride in the joy and satisfaction of our client’s experience. Our job is not complete until you are fully satisfied with the results.
